Nuclear taboo. International law and the legality of the use of nuclear weapons.
Abstract:
The presented thesis deals with the legality of the use of nuclear weapons. In order to answer the question, applicable sources of international law are described and analyzed. The Advisory Opinion of International Court of Justice on the question of legality of the threat or use of nuclear weapons (1996) is described and critically discussed as well.

Predkladaná práca hľadá odpoveď na otázku, či je prípadné použitie jadrových zbraní konaním v rozpore s medzinárodným právom. Za účelom posúdenia tejto otázky práca predstavuje a analyzuje jednotlivé aplikovateľné pramene medzinárodného práva.
