Bakalářská práce se zabývá původem a aplikací staré římské zásady „superficies solo cedit“ napříč dějinami. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda zásada platila na našem území permanentně a zda existovaly i nějaké výjimky z této zásady. The Bachelor Thesis investigates the origin and application of the old Roman principle „superficies solo cedit“ throughout the history. The aim was to find out whether the principle has been valid in the territory of our country permanently or there have been some exceptions to this rule.
