Diplomová práce „Náhrada škody způsobená „krizovým“ výkonem veřejné správy“ má za cíl přiblížit jednotlivé přístupy k náhradě škody, která poškozeným vznikla v důsledku opatření vydávaných za účelem zvládnutí epidemie. The thesis "Compensation for Damage Caused by the Performance of Emergency Public Administration" aims to describe the individual approaches to compensation for damage suffered by the victims as a result of mea-sures issued to control the epidemic.
