Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sledování účinnosti biodegradace plastů a získání údajů o akutní toxicitě na základě řasového testu. K hodnocení akutní toxicity byla využita sladkovodní zelená řasa rodu Desmodesmus subspicatus, která byla vystavována xenobiotikům ve zvolených koncentracích po stanovenou dobu a následně zjištěno, zda v průběhu testování dochází k inhibici růstu řas. Abstract:
The thesis deals with monitoring of the effectiveness of biodegradation of plastics and obtaining data of acute toxicity based on algal test. The freshwater green algae Desmodesmus substicatus has been used for acute toxicity utilization by effecting of xenobiotics in the choosen concentration for the specified period.
