Funding, accounting and taxes of the allowance organization

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je financování, účetnictví a daně příspěvkové organizace. V teoretické části je charakterizována příspěvková organizace, způsoby jejího financování, její účetní režim se zaměřením na účetní závěrku a způsob výpočtu daně z příjmů. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní příspěvkovou organizaci, u které jsou analyzovány a popsány způsoby financování, sestavení účetní závěrky a zjištění daně z příjmu. Výstupem jsou sepsané metodické postupy pro sestavení účetní závěrky a stanovení daně z příjmů. Následně jsou diskutovány problémové oblasti a navrhnuta vhodná doporučení.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is allowance organization and its funding, accounting, and taxes. In the theoretical part is characterized the allowance organization, its funding methods, its accounting mode with a focus on the process of preparation of the annual financial statements, and the method of calculating income tax. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a specific allowance organization, for which the methods of funding, preparation of financial statements, and determination of income tax are analysed and described. The output is methodological procedures for the financial statements and determination of income tax. Subsequently, problem areas are discussed and appropriate recommendations are proposed.
