Family relationships according to the new civil code

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nového občanského zákoníku. Hlavním tématem práce jsou příbuzenské vztahy, rodina a výchova dětí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na shrnutí informací dané problematiky, seznámení s novelizací a změnami občanského zákoníku v oblasti rodinného práva. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní kvantitativní výzkum, u kterého byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumu je prověření názoru veřejnosti prostřednictvím přesně formulovaných uzavřených otázek vztahující se na vlastní rodiny respondentů. Na základě získaných odpovědí poté potvrdit či vyvrátit stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of the new Civil Code. The main topic of the thesis is relationships, family and relations between parents and children. The theoretical part summarizes information on the existing problems, introduces the revised statues and changes of the Code in the sphere of family law or more precisely, in the sphere of relationships. The practical part contains quantitative research in which the analysis was made using questionnaires for investigation. The purpose of the investigation is to check the public opinion using precisely formulated closed questions related to the families of the respondents. Based on the obtained response, the given hypothesis will be accepted or refused.
