The size of the contact surface of the tire and its influence on the output parameters of the tractor plow set

Abstract:

Práci lze rozdělit na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce bylo pojednáno o konstrukcích podvozků a způsobech přenášení sil z kola na podložku. Rovněž bylo pojednáno o faktorech ovlivňujících velikost styčné plochy pneumatik zemědělských traktorů. Cílem praktické části pak bylo provedení vlastního měření, kdy byl posuzován vliv velikosti styčné plochy pneumatik traktoru související se změnou tlaku huštění na výstupní parametry orební soupravy. Polní měření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění výkonnosti orební soupravy složené z traktoru Case Optum 270 CVX a návěsného pluhu Kuhn Vari Master 153 NSH společně s analýzou spotřeby paliva, záběru pluhu či prokluzu. Analýzy potvrdily, že snížením tlaku huštění lze docílit zvětšení styčné plochy mezi pneumatikou a podložkou a statisticky významného snížení hodnot prokluzu a měrné efektivní výkonnosti.

Abstract:

This work can be divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of this work discussed the construction of chassis and methods of transmitting forces from the wheel to the pad. Factors infuencing the contact area of agricultural tractor tires were also discussed. The aim of the practical part was to perform its own measurement, which assessed the effect of the size of the contact surface of the tractor tire related to the change in pressure inflation on the output parameters of the plow set. The field measurement was focused on determining the performance of a plow set cinsisting onf a Case Optum 270 CVX tractor and a Kuhn Vari Master 153 NSH trailed plow, together with an analysis of fuel consumption, plow engagement or slippage. Analyzes have confirmed, that a reduction in inflation pressure can be achieved by increasing the contact area between the tire and the pad and statistics of a significant reduction in slip values and specific efficiency.
