Factors influencing graduates' entry into practice - literature review
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přechodem absolventů oboru Zdravotnický záchranář do prvního zaměstnání po absolvování studia. Existuje mnoho faktorů, které na ně při tom působí. Faktory, které se u záchranářů při přechodu významně mění, jsou např. změna ve spánkovém vzorci, snížení fyzické aktivity, změna v obvodu pasu, výskyt deprese nebo SWD.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the transition of graduates in the field of Paramedic to their first job after graduation. There are many factors that influence them during this process. Factors that change significantly for paramedics during the transition include a change in sleep patterns, a decrease in physical activity, a change in waist circumference, the occurrence of depression or SWD.
