Supervision of a Public Prosecutor in Pre-trial Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dozorovým oprávněním státního zástupce v přípravném řízení trestním, charakteristice přípravného řízení trestního, zkráceného přípravného řízení, dále historii a hierarchii státního zastupitelství a zvláštním oprávněním státního zástupce.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with supervisory authority of the public prosecutor in the preliminary criminal trial, characteristics of the preliminary criminal trial and the shortened preliminary trial, then it includes brief history of the public prosecutor´s office in the Czech lands and its hierarchy and special authorities of the public prosecutor.
