Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na atraktivitu vybrané společnosti z pohledu studentů. Také se zabývá personálním marketingem, lidskými zdroji a zaměstnáváním studentů. Cílem práce je tedy zjistit atraktivitu vybrané společnosti z pohledu studentů vysokých a středních škol dopravního zaměření a vytvořit návrhy na její zlepšení.
Abstract:
This thesis is focuses on the attractiveness of the selected company for students of transportation-focused secondary schools and colleges. It also deals with the personal marketing, human resources and employing students.
