Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou praktickou. Práce je zaměřena na komunikaci mezi manažery a jejich podřízenými ve vybrané organizaci. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. This work focuses on communication between managers and their subordinates in the selected organization.
