Health care workers and their modalities of the meaning of life during aging and old age

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá modalitami smyslu života u pracovníků ve zdravotnictví v období stárnutí a stáří. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit modality smyslu života u zdravotnického personálu na základě profesního zařazení a věkové kategorizace. Teoretická část se věnuje základním tématům bakalářské práce, kterými jsou smysl života, pomáhající profese ve zdravotnictví a samotný zdravotnický pracovník v období stárnutí a stáří. Praktická část využívá kvantitativní strategie a data jsou získávána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě deduktivního přístupu byly stanoveny dvě základní alternativní hypotézy a nulová hypotéza. Následná analýza dat je realizována statistickou metodou Testu dobré shody nezávislosti chí-kvadrátu pro kontingenční a čtyřpolní tabulky. Zjištěná data jsou prezentována v tabulkách. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy na základě předchozí analýzy zjištěných dat a dílčí úkoly bakalářské práce zaměřené na hodnoty smyslu života a komponenty smyslu života.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with health care workers and their modalities of meaning of life during aging and old age. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out the modalities of meaning of life concerning the health care workers based on professional classification and age categorization. The theoretical part deals with the main topics of the bachelor's thesis, which are meaning of life, helping professions in health care and the care workers during aging and old age. The practical part uses quantitative strategies and the data are obtained by using a questionnaire survey. Based on the deductive approach, two basic alternative hypotheses and the null hypothesis were established. Subsequent data analysis is performed by the statistical method of the Chi-square test contingency table. The obtained data are presented in tables. In the final part of the bachelor's thesis, the established hypotheses are evaluated on the basis of analyzing the obtained data and the tasks of the bachelor's thesis focusing on the values of meaning of life and components of meaning of life.
