Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Maloobchodní řetězce v ČR a jejich posouzení z hlediska hospodářské soutěže“ bylo podat ucelený pohled na vývoj maloobchodních řetězců v posledních letech a posoudit, zda tyto ekonomické subjekty nějakým způsobem nenarušují hospodářskou soutěž. První část představí základní pojmy a teoretické přístupy k ověření maloobchodních řetězců z hlediska hospodářské soutěže. Druhá část stručně zanalyzuje na několika příkladech, zda vývoj těchto subjektů nějakým vážným způsobem nenarušil trh.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis „Retail chains in the Czech republic and their assessment from the standpoint of the competition law.“ was to provide a comprehensive view on the development of retail chains in recent years and asses whether these businesses in some way do not distort this competition. The first part introduces the basic concepts and theoretical approaches to verification of retail chains in terms of competitions. The second part briefly analyze a few examples, whether the development of those subjects disrupted the market in serious way.
