Abstract:

Pro vlastní diplomovou práci jsem si vybrala téma ,,Tvorba učební pomůcky pro odborný výcvik?. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji konceptu odborného výcviku kadeřnic, edukaci a evaluaci. Stěžejní v této diplomové práce je výroba pracovní pomůcky a její použití v odborném výcviku. Pracovní pomůcku, kterou jsem vyrobila, je prezentace Dějiny účesu a módy. Před samotnou výukou žáci vyplnili pretest, pro zjištění dosavadních znalostí z teoretické výuky. Výuka probíhala ve čtyřech dnech. U experimentální skupiny proběhla výuka s pomocí pracovní pomůcky. Kontrolní skupina měla výuku tradiční formou. V závěru tematického celku obě skupiny vyplnily posttest. Výstupní test měl význam pro zhodnocení aplikované pracovní pomůcky. Pracovní pomůcka měla pozitivní vliv u experimentální skupiny. Žáci si tak lépe vybavili jednotlivé historické období, charakteristické znaky a módu. Tím získali větší poznatky, vědomosti, které pozitivně uplatnili v posttestu.

Abstract:

For my final thesis, I have chosen a topic ? Production of teaching aid for teaching technical subjects?. The final thesis is divided into two sections: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section, I deal with the concept of practical training of hairdressers, education and evaluation. The main focus of this thesis is the production of a teaching aid and its use in practical training. The teaching aid, which I have produced, is a presentation of History of hairstyle and fashion. Before the practical training lessons , students filled in a pre-test in order to ascertain the level of their previous knowledge from theoretical lessons. Instruction took place in the course of four days. The experimental group was taught with the use of the teaching aid. The control group was taught in a traditional way. At the end of the thematic unit both groups filled in a post-test. The final test was significant for evaluation of the teaching aid applied in lessons. The teaching aid had a positive effect on the experimental group. The students recalled a particular historical period, its characteristic features and fashion more easily. In this way they acquired better knowledge which they utilised in the post-test.
