Práce je teoretickou studií, která zkoumá osobnostní předpoklady rozhodčího v kontextu zátěžových situací. V první části jsou popsána specifika osobnosti rozhodčího. The thesis is a theoretical study. The aim the thesis is to examine personality assumptions of referees in context of stressful situations.
