Téma této bakalářské práce je Strategická analýza společnosti Lira, obrazové lišty a rámy, a.s. Pomocí strategických analýz je zhodnoceno vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku a posléze navrhnuta opatření ke změně současné strategie. The topic of this bachelor thesis is Strategic analysis of company Lira, obrazové lišty a rámy, a.s. Internal and external company’s environment is evaluated using strategic analysis. Subsequently, measures designed to change the current strategy are suggested. External environment is analysed by PEST analysis, by analysis of competitors by showing the strategic map, and by Porter’s model of five forces …more
