Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovním vztahům a komunikaci v podniku, se zaměřením na mobbing. Teoretická část se v úvodu věnuje interpersonálním vztahům. Následně je zde již rozebrán samotný mobbing a jeho hlavní souvislosti – role mobbéra, oběti, příčiny vzniku mobbingu, prevence před jeho projevy a také, jak toto chování na pracovišti případně řešit. Cílem praktické části je analýza interpersonálních vztahů ve dvou podnicích formou dotazníkového šetření a pozorování a následná komparace výsledků.

Abstract:

This bachelor project is focused on working relations and communication on a company with focus on mobbs. The theoretical part focuses on topics such as firm culture, leadership and how to motivate employees, tiredness, frustration and also how to comunicate with employees. The next topic of this project is mobbing itself and its main contexts – character of a mobber, character of a victim, how to prevent its symptoms and also how to possibly prevent such behavior. The practical part is the analysis of interpersonal relations in two companies in the form of questionnaires and observation and subsequent comparison of the results.
