Use of Social Networks when Selecting and Recruiting the Staff in TESCO SW

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zlepšit proces výběru a náboru zaměstnanců pomocí sociálních neboli společenských sítí ve společnosti TECSO SW a.s. V první části bakalářské práce, tedy teoretické jsme popsali sociální sítě a jejich rozdělení, dále to, jak se získávají zaměstnanci do společnosti, a jak se využívají sociální sítě při výběru a náboru pracovníků. Poté následovala metodika a praktická část bakalářské práce. Dílčími cíli práce bylo představit společnost TESCO SW a.s. a organizační strukturu jejího personálního oddělení, poté zanalyzovat současný stav sociálních sítí, na kterých je společnost zaregistrovaná, tedy LinkedIn, Facebook a Instagram. Dalším dílčím cílem bylo rozebrat a zhodnotit stávající inzeráty na volné pracovní pozice a následně vytvořit nové. Také jsme si v práci zvolili výzkumnou otázku, zda je aktuální a efektivní výběr a nábor pracovníků v organizaci TESCO SW a.s. a na tuto otázku jsme v závěru práce odpověděli. V neposlední řadě jsme také v závěru bakalářské práce provedli doporučení, která by společnosti TESCO SW a.s. měla přinést budoucí prospěch při výběru a náboru zaměstnanců. Poté jsme do příloh práce zakomponovali praktický příklad výběru pracovníka do organizace přes sociální sítě.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to improve the process of recruitment and recruitment through social networks at TECSO SW a.s. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, which is the theoretical part, we described the social networks and their distribution, how they are hiring employees into company and how social networks are used in the selection and recruitment staff. Then the methodology and practical part of the bachelor thesis followed. The partial objectives of the work were to introduce TESCO SW a.s. and organizational structure of its HR (human resources) department, then analyze the current state of the social networks on which the company is registered, consequently LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Another partial goal was to analyze and evaluate existing job advertisements on vacancies and then create new ones. We have also choose a research question whether the selection and recruitment of employees in TESCO SW a.s. is current and effective and at the end of the thesis we answered this question. At last but not least of the bachelor thesis, we made recommendations to TESCO SW a.s., which should bring future benefits to the selection and recruitment of employees. Then we included a practical example of selecting a worker into an organization via social networks in the appendices.
