Abstract:

This thesis deals with the work of Alois/Louis Weinert-Wilton and his analysis using the example of the detective novel Die chinesische Nelke. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the requirements of this literary genre and aspects of its analysis. The practical part itself then presents the author's work and carries out an analysis based on the application of the knowledge gained from the theoretical part. The analysis focuses on the relationships and motivations of the characters, in particular the character of the detective and those associated with him, as well as the compositional construction of the work, the mystery motive, the indicative details and the structure of the crime and its solution.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dílem Aloise/Louise Weinert-Wiltona a jeho analýzou na příkladě detektivního románu Die chinesische Nelke. Práce se v teoretické části zaobírá náležitostmi tohoto literárního žánru a aspekty jeho analýzy. Samotná praktická část poté představuje autorovo dílo a provádí analýzu na základě použití získaných poznatků z teoretické části. Analýza se zaměřuje na vztahy a motivace postav, zejména pak na charakter detektiva a osob s ním spojených, dále na kompoziční výstavbu díla, motiv tajemství, orientační detaily a strukturu zločinu a jeho řešení.
