Tato práce se zabývá způsobem života tří vytipovaných lovecko-sběračských společností, jmenovitě Tlingitů, Čukčů a Kereků, jejichž prostřednictvím ilustruje proměny těchto etnik v průběhu času a hlavně jejich schopnost kulturní adaptace. Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to study the way of life of three selected societies – Tlingits, Chukchis and Kereks – with emphasis on their transformation throughout the time, and their ability of cultural adaptation.
