Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium horizontálního přenosu plazmidů mezi kmeny různých druhů rodu Staphylococcus izolovanými z veterinárního prostředí. Cílem práce je stanovit rezistenci a obsah plazmidů u testovaných kmenů pocházejících z prostředí zodpovědných za jejich rezistenci k antibiotikům. This thesis is focused on the study of the horizontal gene transfer of plasmids among strains of different species of genus Staphylococcus isolated from the veterinary practice. The goal of this thesis is to determine the antibiotic resistance and plasmid content in analyzed strains originated from environment responsible for their antibiotic resistance.
