Abstract:
Schopnost čtení je jednou z nejvyšších kognitivních funkcí, úzce spojenou s řečí a pamětí. V našich podmínkách však ještě nebyla zpracována studie zabývající se problematikou s použitím této metodiky. Tato práce se věnuje základnímu teoretickému popisu dané problematiky od genetické, přes molekulární a orgánovou až po systémovou úroveň. The ability of reading is one of the highest cognitive functions, closely associated with speech and memory. So far, no study dealing with this subject has been conducted in our country. This thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical bases of this subject from genetic/molecular to organ/system level. It’s enlarged by the data from 208 subjects.
