Tato diplomová práce zabývá možnostmi ochrany manžela povinného v exekučním řízení. Práce směřuje od obecného ke zvláštnímu. This diploma thesis addresses possibilities of protecting the spouse of the obliged in the distrainment. The thesis progresses from the general to the specific.
