Tématem této bakalářské práce je popis, analýza a komentář ke stávajícím metodám výpočtu pojistného plnění při likvidaci pojistné události. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy oceňování nemovitostí a popisuje tři základní metody oceňování nemovitostí, a to porovnávací, výnosovou a nákladovou metodu. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a description, analysis and commentary on existing methods of calculating the indemnity in the liquidation of an insured event.
