Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je porozumění pracovní zkušenosti žen ve vedoucích funkcích v ziskovém a neziskovém sektoru a identifikace kategorií, které ženy v rámci své profesní kariéry považují za stěžejní. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na roli ženy ve společnosti z historické perspektivy s důrazem na vliv feminismu a proměny charakteru veřejné a soukromé sféry. Dále je v práci věnována pozornost vzdělávání žen v historii i současnosti, trhu práce z pohledu genderových rozdílů a harmonizaci práce a rodiny. Ústřední kapitola se zabývá působením žen v managementu organizací. Výzkumná část práce je založena na kvalitativní výzkumné strategii, konkrétně metodě vícečetné případové studie. Technikou byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný soubor tvořily čtyři respondentky zastávající vedoucí funkci v rámci ziskového i neziskového sektoru.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to understand the work experience of women in senior positions in profit and non-profit sector and identifying the categories that women in his professional career deem crucial. The theoretical part is focused on the role of women in society from a historical perspective, with emphasis on the influence of feminism and changes in the nature of public and private spheres. The work also paid attention to the education of women in history and the present, the labor market from the perspective of gender differences and harmonize work and family. The central chapter deals with the treatment of women in the management of organizations. The research is based on qualitative research strategy, namely the method of multiple case studies. The technique was a semi-structured interview. The research group consisted of four respondents occupying a leading position within the profit and nonprofit sectors.
