Tato diplomová práce se zabývala analýzou významu krytých dluhopisů a jejich vlivem na rozvoj hypotečních trhů EU. This thesis analysed the importance of covered bonds and their impact on the development of the EU mortgage markets. The main objective of the thesis was to assess the impact that covered bonds have had on the EU mortgage markets in the period under review.
