Teambuilding - Proposal for a Program Aimed at Development of Team Competencies of a Working Group
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na teambuildingový program pro pracovní skupinu. Popisuje zásady tvorby programu, kdy je kladen důraz na dramaturgii, cíle, cílenou zpětnou vazbu, motivaci či vhodné aktivity. Praktická část analyzuje polostrukturované rozhovory s potenciálním zadavatelem a instruktorem. Cílem práce bylo sestavit program založený na informacích z literatury a výpovědích respondentů.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on teambuilding programme for a working group. There is a programme based on dramaturgy, goals, feedback, motivation and activities. Practical part analysis inteviews with potential client and lector. Goal of the thesis was to make a programme based on both literature and interviews.
