Banking Risk at currency financing for small and middle enterprises in Hungary

Abstract:

The aim of writing of this dissertation is to survey the communicational equipment of the banks and the neccessary theoritical background and practical solutions. Progressing ahead in this dissertation we can find the answer, how the banks create their strategies in our world speeding up around us to reach their messages to the member of our society. The choice of my topic was inspired by my interest in getting aquainted with bank communication and the opportunities of adapting it. In my essay I introduce the communication possibilities regarding banks and the way this heading is flowing from traditional media towards electronic channels. I list the fields of its employ and examine what chances it provides for the future. Step by step I introduce the peculiarities characteristic to bank-marketing. Market research, the efficiency of segmentation and the forms of pricing are all analyzed. The role of bank-market in the shaping of products and services are also mentioned, as well as what sorts of communication developments are needed to get the new products at the appropriate target group. The accessibility of interactive services influences the society favourably. It leads to act, and by that, it involves the client in a bilateral communication. To understand the functioning of banks I briefly introduce the structure of bank-system.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej práce je preskúmanie komunikačných prostriedkov bánk, nato potrebného teoretického pozadia a praktických riešení. Ako bude čitateľ postupovať mojou prácou, dostane odpoveď nato, že v našom dnešnom zrýchlenom svete akým spôsobom banky vytvárajú svoju stratégiu tak, aby sa ich odkaz dostal k členom spoločnosti. Pri zvolení témy mojej diplomovej práce som sa nechala inšpirovať svojím záujmom o spoznanie bankovej komunikácie a alternatív jej využívania. Vo svojej práci predstavím komunikačné možnosti vzhľadom na banky a to, ako sa táto kapitola o tradičných médiách zaraďuje do elektronických kanálov. Vymenujem oblasti jej využitia a preskúmam, aké možnosti ešte v sebe skrýva do budúcnosti. Krok za krokom predstavím tie špecifiká, ktoré charakterizujú bankový marketing. Analyzovať budem prieskum trhu, účinnosť segmentácie, formy tvorenia cien. Spomeniem aj úlohu marketingu pri vytváraní tovarov a služieb, a tiež to, aký vývoj v komunikácii je potrebný nato, aby sa nové výrobky dostali k príslušnej cieľovej skupine. Dostupnosť interaktívnych služieb má na spoločnosť priaznivý vplyv. Podnecuje k činnosti a tým klienta vtiahne do obojstrannej komunikácie. Nato, aby sa čitateľ oboznámil s fungovaním bánk v skratke predstavím štruktúru bankového systému.
