Abstract:

Základní kompetence asistenta pedagoga jsou v obecné rovině vymezeny a specifikovány legislativou a popsány v odborné literatuře. Diplomová práce reaguje na narůstající počet žáků se sluchovým postižením, tzn. cílové skupiny speciální pedagogiky, která je velmi specifická z hlediska komunikace. Diplomová práce se zabývá kompetencemi asistentů pedagoga, které se uplatňují při práci s dětmi se sluchovým postižením na základních školách a školách pro sluchově postižené. Cílem práce je na základě poznatků vymezit potřebné kompetence asistenta pedagoga pro práci s žáky s NKS, s působností v běžné základní škole a základní škole pro sluchově postižené. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku inkluzivního vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Vysvětluje, kdo je žák se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami a jaké faktory mají vliv na úspěšnou inkluzi těchto žáků do základních škol. Důležitou součástí teorie je objasnění funkce asistenta pedagoga a vymezení jeho kompetencí. Dále bude v teoretické části práce vymezen pojem a rozsah kompetencí v základním pojetí při podpoře práce pedagogů se žáky se sluchovým postižením v běžné základní škole a škole pro sluchově postižené. Výzkumná část bude založena na kvantitativně orientované metodologii. Jako nástroj bude využit dotazník vlastí konstrukce. Díky dotazníkovému šetření bude možné sesbírat dostatečné množství dat. Po pilotním ověření v jedné běžné ZŠ a jedné ZŠ pro SP budou dotazníky rozeslány elektronicky do dalších škol. Po navrácení budou analyzovány za použití statistických technik.

Abstract:

The basic competences of a teaching assistant are generally defined and specified by the legislation and described in professional specialised literature. The thesis responds to the incerasing number of pupils with hearing impairment, which is the target group of special pedagogy, and it is very specific in terms of communication. The master thesis deals with the competences of teaching assistants that are applied when working with children with hearing impared in primary schools and school for the hearing impaired. The aim of the thesis is to define, on the sasis of the results found, the necessary basic competences of an assistant of a teacher for working with pupils with impaired communications skills, with competence in mainstream primary school and primary school for the herating impaired. The theoretical part introduces the issue of inclusive education of pupils with special educational needs. It explains who a pupil with special educational needs is and what factors affect the successful inclusion of these pupils in primary schools. An important part of the theory is the clarification of the function of the teaching assistant and the definition of their competences. Furthermore, the theoretical part of the thesis will define the concept and the scope of competences in the basic concept of supporting the work of teachers with pupils with hearing impairment in mainstream primapry and special schools. The resesarch part will be based on a quantitatively oriented methodology. A self administered questionnaire will be used as a quantitative tool. Due to the questionnaire survey it will be possible to collect a sufficient amount of data. After pilot testitn in one primary school and one primary school for hearing impaired the questionnaires will be sent electronically to other schools. Once returned, they will be analysed using statistical techniques.
