Analysis and comparison of real estate funds
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza a komparace vybraných otevřených podílových nemovitostních fondů, které jsou zapsány u ČNB. V první části jsou teoretická východiska dané problematiky. Další část definuje nejdříve obecně a poté konkrétně vybrané nemovitostní fond. Třetí část tvoří komparace a analýza těchto fondů a v poslední části jsou zformulována doporučení pro investorskou veřejnost.
Abstract:
The master´s thesis aim is the analysis and comparation of selected open real estate funds registered with the Czech National Bank. In the first part are the theoretic solutions. The next part define selected real estate funds. The third part is the analysis and comparation of these funds and in the last part there are formulated recommendations for investors.
