Diplomová práce se zabývá Ústavními školskými zařízeními ve 21. století. Práce je teoretická a obsahuje 6 kapitol a několik podkapitol. Cílem této práce je nastínit jakým způsobem je realizována současná ústavní péče. První kapitola se zaměřuje na ústavní výchovu, její rizika, legislativu a historii. This dipoloma thesis deals with the problems of constitutional school facilities, especialy in 21st century. The work is only theoretical and contains six main chapters and several subchapters.
