The working load for teacher, resources and some protective factors of health
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá klasifikací pracovní zátěže učitelů, jejími zdroji a některými protektivními faktory. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy související s problematikou pracovní zátěže učitelů. Práce zkoumá závažnost a sílu vyhoření v učitelské profesi pomocí dotazníkových metod a také je provedena faktorová analýza dat.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the classification of the working load of teachers, resources and some protective factors. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts related with the problems of working load to teachers. The work explores the relevance and strengths of burnout in the teaching profession through the use a questionnaire method and factor analysis of data is performed too.
