Analýza logistických procesů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract:
Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný stav logistických procesů ve zvoleném výrobním podniku a nalézt v něm slabá místa. Následně navrhnout taková opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení současného stavu. Pro hodnocení byla zvolena společnost ARET B.W., s.r.o., zabývající se výrobou ventilátorů. The aim of thesis is to analyze the current state of logistics processes in the chosen manufacturing company and find its weaknesses. For the evaluation was chosen a company ARET B.W., s.r.o., which is a producer of fans for industrial purposes.
