Innovation of RC Fuselage Model
Abstract:
Práce předkládá návrh inovace materiálové skladby trupu RC modelu letadla. Na základě vyhodnocení hmotnosti a výsledků mechanických zkoušek jednotlivých možných složení, je vybrána sendvičová konstrukce seskládaná z vrstev skelné tkaniny a pěnového jádra Havel Core - soft 2 mm. Navrhovanou technologií výroby polotovaru je ruční laminování do dvoudílné kompozitní formy.
Abstract:
The project presents the proposal for the innovations of the RC aircraft model fuselage material composition. On the basis of the weight evaluation and the results of the mechanical tests of each possible composition, the sandwich structure is sutured from layers of glass fabric and Havel Core - 2 mm foam core.
