Elemental analysis of infant formula

Abstract:

Práce byla věnována problematice prvkové analýzy vzorků kojenecké výživy za využití vybraných metod atomové spektrometrie. Vzorky byly před analýzou mineralizovány v mikrovlnné peci. Bylo provedeno analytické stanovení vybraných prvků v kojenecké stravě. Správnost stanovení byla ověřena na základě analýzy dvou certifikovaných referenčních materiálů: NCS ZC73015 Milk Powder (China National Analysis Center for Iron and Steel) a BCR 150 Spiked Skim Milk Powder Trace elements (Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements, Belgie). Analyzováno bylo 21 vzorků, jejichž výsledky byly statisticky zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The work deals with the issues of elemental analysis of infant formula using selected methods of atomic spectrometry. The samples were mineralized by microwave furnace prior to the analysis. Analytical determination of selected elements in the infant formula was made, the correctness of the determination was verified on the basis of an analysis of two certified reference materials: NCS ZC73015 Milk Powder (China National Analysis Center for Iron and Steel) and BCR 150 Spiked Skim Milk Powder Trace elements (Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements, Belgium). 21 samples were analyzed, the results were evaluated statistically.
