Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku týkající se personálního informačního systému. V teoretické části je definován pojem personálního informačního systému a jeho návaznost na personální činnosti. V závěru teoretické části je zmíněna problematika výběru a implementace takového systému. V praktické části práce je představen stávající personální informační systém vybraného podniku a všechny personální činnosti, které v podniku probíhají. Je provedena analýza dostupných personálních informačních systémů a jejich vyhodnocení metodami vícekriteriálního rozhodování podle určených kritérií. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy jsou doporučeny další kroky pro podnik.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of human resource information system. In the theoretical part, there is defined the human resources information system in general and its relationship to personnel activities. In the end of the theoretical part, the issue of choice and implementation of the system is mentioned. The practical part describes the current human resources information system in the chosen company and all personnel activities which are performed. Based on the empirical research, which is focused on the evaluation part of education, are designed recommendations for the organization. An analysis of available HR information systems and their evaluation by multi-criteria decision-making methods is performed according to specified criteria. Based on the results of the analysis, further steps are recommended for the company.
