Předmětem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku daňové kontroly, a s ní spojené operace, pro uživatele účetnictví, a to se zaměřením na právnické osoby. Popisuje cíle a funkce daňové kontroly, její průběh, a v neposlední řadě jaké mají podnikatelé povinnosti a práva, která mohou uplatnit. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the issue of tax inspection, and related operations, for accountants, with a focus on legal entities. It describes the objectives and functions of the tax inspection, its course, and last but not least, what are the rights and obligations entrepreneurs can exercise.
