Criminal Liability of Juveniles
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na rozbor základů trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých a následků provinění mladistvých dle zákona č. 218/2003 Sb., a to i vzhledem k historickému vývoji a srovnání se zahraničními úpravami. Rovněž uvádí přehled kriminality mladistvých za poslední léta, v závěru objektivně hodnotí současnou právní úpravu a navrhuje doporučení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on analysis of elements of criminal liability of juveniles and on the punitive measures as a result of offence regulated by Act No. 218/2003 Coll., respectively in regard of historical development and compared to foreign enactments.
