Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza podmínek na trhu, možnosti rozvoje společnosti, stanovení obchodního plánu, rozebrání odpovědnosti podnikatele za obsah vlastních webových stránek a specifika smluv vznikajících mezi uživateli nově začínajícího online aukčního prostoru a obchodního místa THE BIGGEST CLEARANCE (dále jen TBC), vlastněné společností LIQUIDATE MATE Ltd.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of market conditions, the possibility of development of company, determination of a business plan, companies' liability for the content of their Web sites and specify contract terms among the users of the new online auction exchange The Biggest Clearance (hereafter TBC), owned by company LIQUIDATE MATE LTD.
