Abstract:
V této práci jsme se pokusili metodou hybridomové technologie připravit protilátky schopné rozlišovat dva isotypy OspC, OspC A a OspC H. Oba tyto isotypy jsou shledány jako invasivní. Abstract:
In this thesis we prepared monoclonal antibodies capable of distinction between two isotypes of OspC, OspC H and OspC A by meaning of hybridoma technology. Both these isotypes are considered to be invasive.
