Cirkus aneb lidé z maringotek

Circus or people from the wagons
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o cirkuse, jako o polokočovném společenství lidí, s jim vlastními specifiky. Cílem práce je zachytit na základě analýzy zdrojů, jak literárních, tak dat získaných z terénu v konkrétním cirkuse, aktuální podobu cirkusového živobytí a ilustrovat, jaká specifika má cirkusová komunita.
Abstract:
This thesis concerns an issue of circus as a semi-nomadic community of people with its specific features. The aim of this project is to capture the actual situation of living in a circus and to illustrate its specific features. This research study is based on analysis of literature resources as well as the data acquired from the particular circus.
