Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na lasery a ich využitie v očnom lekárstve. V úvodnej časti je vysvetlený pojem laser a princíp jeho fungovania. Ďalšia kapitola popisuje historický vývoj laserov od ich vynájdenia až po súčasnosť. Nasleduje časť, ktorá sa zaoberá rozdelením laserov podľa rôznych hľadísk.
