Values and value orientation of children at the age of 10 {--} 14 years with slight mental retardation

Abstract:

Neustálý rozvoj naší společnosti si vyžaduje rychlé reagování na změny, řešení problémů, kterým v minulosti nebyla věnována dostatečná pozornost jak v teorii, tak ani v praxi. Mezi ně patří i problematika hodnot a hodnotové orientace. Při výběru tohoto tématu jsme byli motivováni snahou zjistit, jakým směrem se orientuje mládež, které se ve své profesi věnujeme a porovnat tuto orientaci s mládeží zdravou, s kterou také přicházíme každý den do kontaktu v rámci mimoškolní činnosti v různých zájmových kroužcích. Po celou dobu, kdy jsme práci zpracovávali, měli jsme možnost z jiných úhlů pohledu sbližovat se s mentálně postiženými dětmi a zdravými dětmi z jiných škol a zařízení. Setkání s nimi bylo pro nás obohacením a děkujeme jim za to, že nám dovolili nahlédnout do svého vnitřního světa a díky nim má tato práce takovou podobu, jakou má.

Abstract:

Continuous development of our society requires fast respond to changes, problem solving, which in the past weren{\crq}t devoted sufficient attention in theory and experience too. Among them belong problems values and value orientations. In the selection of this topic we were motivated by endeavour to find out, in which way youth are oriented, whose we are interested in. And to compare this orientation with healthy youth, with we come also to the contact every day in out - of - school activities in different hobby groups. All the time, when we were processing our work, we had chance to come together in other visual angles with mentally affected children and healthy children from other schools and facilities. Meeting with them was enriching for us and thanks them for it, that they allowed to peep into their own world and thanks to them this work has its current form.
