The Theme of work is to present mapping a joint stock company as a capital company, presented its legislation on the basis of literature and, based on the interpretation to clarify the rights and obligations of shareholders. Témou bakalárskej práce je zmapovať akciovú spoločnosť ako kapitálovú spoločnosť, prezentovať jej právnu úpravu na základe odbornej literatúry a v nadväznosti na tento výklad ozrejmiť práva a povinnosti akcionára.
