Teaching strategies supporting inclusion in education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce představuje současný trend, a sice inkluzi ve vzdělávání. Cílem je zjistit, jaké výukové strategie podporující inkluzi ve vzdělávání učitelé deklarují, že výuce využívají. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu inkluze ve vzdělávání a jeho významem v kontextu sociálním i ekonomickém. Zabývám se tím, jak je na inkluzi nahlíženo optikou etiketizační teorie a dále už se věnuji principům a výukovým strategiím podporujícím inkluzi ve vzdělávání. Empirická část práce je tvořena popisem metodologického postupu a představením výsledků kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. S využitím metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se snažím zodpovědět na výzkumnou otázku: Jaké proinkluzivní výukové strategie učitelé deklarují, že ve výuce využívají?

Abstract:

The thesis deals with current trend, namely inclusion in education. The aim is to determine what teaching strategies supporting inclusion in education teachers declare that they use. This work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with explanation of basic term – inclusion in education and its relevance in the social and economic context. I focus on how labeling theory looks at inclusion and then I devote to the principles and inclusive teaching strategies. The empirical part consists of a description of methodological procedures and presentation results of qualitative research. Using the method of semi-structured interviews, I try to answer the research question: What inclusive teaching strategies teachers declare that used in the classroom.
