The Man in the Pressure of History (Two Historical Novels by Valery Bryusov)
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá proměnou charakteru hlavního hrdiny v historických románech Valerije Brjusova (Ohnivý anděl a Oltář vítězství), na pozadí kterých jsou znát určité historické události. Jejím cílem je ukázat, jaké faktory a události měly na hrdinu vliv a jak se na základě těchto faktorů měnila povaha, cíle a rozhodnutí protagonisty.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on transformation of the character of the main character in the historical novels of Valery Bryusov (The Fiery Angel and The Altar of Victory). Its aim is to determine, what factors and events influenced the hero and how the character, opinions and decisions of the protagonist changed based on these factors.
