The Witness in the Criminal Procedure
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na nejčastější důkazní prostředek v rámci trestního řízení - výslech svědka. Vyjadřuje jak definici a práva a povinnosti svědků, tak zákonitosti samotného výslechu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on most frequent evidence in criminal procedure - interrogation of witness. It expresses as definition and rights and duties of witness, so process of interrogation itself.
