Předložená bakalářská práce shrnuje základní informace o významném biopolymeru jakým je kyselina hyaluronová. Jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o její struktuře, vlastnostech a výskytu. Také je zde zmíněna historie objevu tohoto polymeru. Jsou zde podány základní informace o její výrobě z přírodních materiálů (např. kohoutích hřebínků) a výrobě fermentačními postupy. The bachelor thesis summarizes fundamental information about important biopolymer - hyaluronic acid. There is basic information about its structure, properties and occurrence. There is also mentioned the history of the discovery of a polymer.
