Development of innovative potential in XY company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na rozvoj inovačního potenciálu společnosti XY, která zprostředkovává online prostředí, kde uživatelé mohou najít svého životního partnera. Motivací věnovat se právě internetovému seznávání je neustále sílící trend mezi lidmi na celém světě, kteří hledají nový sociální kontakt. V teoretické části práci rozpracovává témata spojená s inovacemi, transformací firmy do online prostředí a shrnuje výhody této transformace. Prezentuje metodologické nástroje vhodné pro analýzu postavení společnosti na trhu, zmapování jejích silných a slabých stránek, čímž si společnost může vytvořit prostor pro rozhodování o dalším směřování v oblasti rozvoji firmy. Mezi vybranými online seznamkami porovnává typ seznámení, velikost seznamky, finanční stránku služeb nebo jejich samotnou funkčnost. Konkrétně aplikuje SWOT analýzu, IFE a EFE matice. Praktická část dál rozpracovává uvedené metodologické postupy na konkrétních charakteristikách společnosti XY. Představuje specifika řízení internetové seznamky a aplikuje zjištěné poznatky tak, aby dokázala naplnit cíl této práce. Tedy vytvořit efektivní marketingovou strategii pro společnost XY tak, aby se mohla stát lídrem trhu v hyper-konkurenční prostřední internetu. Shrnuje poznatky provedené marketingové kampaně v kontextu aktuálního postavení společnosti XY na trhu, analyzuje využití cizího finanční kapitálu porovnáním nabídek tří bankovních institucí a návratnost při investování prostředků do marketingové kampaně. Tímto bakalářská práce naplní svůj sekundární cíl. Přínosem práce je tedy především závěrečná interpretace výsledků a doporučení pro společnost XY. Ta se týkají jak zhodnocení efektivity návratnosti finančních investic, tak designových a vývojových úprav nebo obsahové stránky webu v kombinaci s vhodnými klíčovými slovy pro přirozené vyhledávání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of the innovation potential of the company XY, which mediates an online environment where users can find their life partner. The motivation to focus on Internet dating is an increasing trend among of people around the world who are looking for a new social contact. The theoretical part of the work elaborates topics related to innovation, the transformation of the company into an online environment and summarizes the benefits of this transformation. It presents methodological tools suitable for analyzing the company's position in the market, mapping its strengths and weaknesses, which allows the company to create space for decisions on further directions in the field of company development. Among selected online dating sites, it compares the type of dating, the size of the dating site, the financial side of the services or their functionality. Specifically, it applies SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrices. The practical part further develops the methodological procedures on the specific characteristics of the company XY. It presents the specifics of internet dating management and applies the findings to be able to fulfill the goal of this work. So create an effective marketing strategy for XY so that it can become the market leader in a hyper-competitive Internet environment. It summarizes the findings of the marketing campaign in the context of XY's current market position, analyzes the use of foreign financial capital by comparing the offers of three banking institutions and the return on investing funds in the marketing campaign. In this way, the bachelor's thesis fulfills its secondary goal. The main benefit of the work is the final interpretation of the results and recommendations for the company XY. These include evaluating the effectiveness of the return on financial investment, as well as design and development adjustments or the content of the website in combination with suitable keywords for natural search.
