Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na vyhodnocení správnosti zvoleného projektu centralizace řízení agrárních komodit ve firmě AGF Logistics. Vyhodnocení jsem provedla na základě analýzy provozních a ekonomických dat. The main objective of my thesis is to evaluate a suitability of the project of the centralisation of management of agriculture commodities transportation in AGF Logistics. The evaluation is based on the analysis of operational and economic data.
